Collita d'olives 2021 – oli fresc ara disponible!
Al novembre, vam donar la benvinguda a la vall als meravellosos Olivier i Maxime del Quebec, Canadà. Es van quedar aquí durant 2 setmanes i durant la primera setmana els quatre vam collir olives a mà en equip durant quatre dies. Hem aconseguit collir cada oliva de la vall de totes 240 oliveres!
El temps era bo, prou càlid durant el dia i no massa vent per utilitzar les xarxes d'olivera. Llargues hores, molt menjar i vi calent a les nits.
We managed to pick 778 kilos of olives, which we pressed on the final day at the co-operative mill in Riba-roja d’Ebre to make 156 litres of the most delicious olive oil.
Cans of Riba Rocks Olive Oil are now available in Forn Montserrat, the bakery in Riba-roja d’Ebre.
